Easier exploration of reports by a specific probe #344

It would be useful to get an overview of reports by a specific probe. Especially as users begin to run lepidopter, such a view will be useful for monitoring the continued functioning of a headless device.

It would be great to condense the measurements, since a single run of the deck will result in many hundreds of reports. Instead, the useful information for a probe are (a) the times when the most recent runs have been started, and (b) reports seen with detected anomalies.

This looks like a nice to have feature for the new OONI Explorer. Migrating it there.
