Add a tip or a hint for the formatting of domains in the Search page #645

During the OONI Partner Training 2021, participants mentioned that it would be helpful if the Search page included a hint or a tip next to the domain field explaining how users are required to format the inserted domain (to filter results).

We already provide a hint of how the domain should be formatted. What more is expected to be done here?
