Create network centric views for Explorer

This is about having pages, that live under /network/{asn} which provide information about blocking from the perspective of a particular network.

I think we should have these pages be broken down in sections and for each section we can create the relevant MAT chart.

Here is a quick mockup of how this could look like:

For the high level stats areas, I think the bits of information we should include are:

• Total number of measurements collected from that network since the beginning of time: https://api.ooni.io/api/v1/aggregation?probe_asn=57269
• Date of the first measurement: missing API call TODO(@hellais): file an issue
• Network name: missing API call TODO(@hellais): file an issue
• Countries where we have observed this network: https://api.ooni.io/api/v1/aggregation?probe_asn=57269&axis_x=probe_cc

In addition to this I would include a coverage chart (in calendar form), similar to what we plan to have added to the country pages. See this comment for details: https://github.com/ooni/explorer/issues/687#issuecomment-1069053503

I would use the following API: https://api.ooni.io/api/v1/aggregation?probe_asn=57269&since=2020-01-01&until=2021-01-01

We can define some range for different color coding of the cells:

• 0 greyed out
• 1-10 orange 3
• 10-100 green 2
• 100-1000 green 5
• 1000+ green 8
