Fix form on network page (replace with new dateRange component) #761

I forgot to update the network page form while simultaneously merging https://github.com/ooni/explorer/pull/750 and https://github.com/ooni/explorer/pull/711

I replaced the components/libraries that don't exist in the project anymore in order to fix the build
