Faq update #1494

This PR is based on top of https://github.com/ooni/ooni.org/pull/1493.

I am adding this changeset as a separate PR so that once https://github.com/ooni/ooni.org/pull/1493 is merged we can work on updating the faq translations to include this new bit of text in it.
