Support running NDT over Tor/Psiphon/obfs4proxy. This will allow us to also determine at what throughput—for example, a 1Mbit download—the tool is able to perform on the network in question. With this test, we can better characterise the tool’s performance.

The low hanging fruit is that of recording a lot of low level events when checking a website.

We can start by changing the input of psiphon to measure a URL and hence collect website accessibility metrics in Psiphon.

The other thing is to run ndt7 over Psiphon which is not too difficult. The two things combined should be one sprint.
