Analyze MM data for academic paper

We're collaborating with IODA on a research paper examining internet disruptions in Myanmar between 1st January 2021 to 29th April 2021 (building upon our previous research: https://ooni.org/post/2021-myanmar-internet-blocks-and-outages/).

Questions to guide the analysis:

1. Are all ISPs in Myanmar blocking the same social media websites now? How has the blocking across ISPs changed between February to April 2021? Provide a per ASN breakdown of blocking.
2. Did any collateral damage occur as a result of so many IP blocks?
3. How was twitter.com blocking implemented? In the beginning, we saw cases of BGP hijacking (likely the result of human error). Provide a timeline of Twitter blocking, showing which techniques were adopted by ISPs, and how those techniques evolved.
4. How have censorship techniques across ISPs evolved? Are they all implementing IP blocks, or are we still seeing DNS based interference (for social media)?

Based on this analysis, produce a chart on the blocking of social media between 1st January 2021 to 29th April 2021.
