Add link to OONI website inside OONI Probe desktop app #1120

While a link to the OONI website is included in the About dialog, users often close it, meaning that they no longer have a way of finding the OONI website (ooni.org) from within the desktop app.

A community member has therefore proposed that we add a link to the OONI website (ooni.org) somewhere inside the desktop app.
