Gaming platforms blocking #1589

It seems like certain ISPs in Morocco have begun blocking access to gaming platforms.

It would be cool if we had tests that emulate connections to such gaming platforms and check to see if they are working properly.

We should begin by making a list of the gaming platforms that we are interested in checking for reachability, add their home-pages to the testing lists and then implement tests that emulate the protocol for connecting to them.

Particularly relevant is emulating what a chat client on such platforms would be doing.
