[feature request] android: possibility to disable automated testing for certain Wi-Fi networks #2476

It would be really handy to be able to disable the automated testing for certain Wi-Fi networks that you are frequently connected to and know that they're not being censored, e.g. eduroam. Or others you simply don't want to be flooded with DNS queries.
