Describe the bug

https://explorer.ooni.org/en/chart/mat?probe_cc=RU shows Country: Russia and data for Russia. https://explorer.ooni.org/ru/chart/mat?probe_cc=RU shows Страна: Руанда (Rwanda) and data for Russia.

The name above the graph corresponds to the code and the data.

Bad:

Russia → Руанда (Rwanda)
Samoa → Эль-Сальвадор (El Salvador)
Reunion - https://explorer.ooni.org/ru/chart/mat?probe_cc=RE - Россия (Russia)

Good:

Romania
Norway (NO)
