Preparing a stable full release

Run these commands from the master branch of the probe-cli repository

[x] ./MONOREPO/tools/gitx sync
[x] ./MONOREPO/w/build-android-stable.bash
[x] $ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools/adb install ./MOBILE/android/app.apk

Optionally, you may want to run this command to observe the app logs:

Tests and results

[x] while a nettest is running
- [x] put the app in the background and ensure you can come back with an decreased ETA
- [x] check that the title changes as we change the nettests we're running
