Describe the bug

I saw discrepancies in the site metrics and the log. The log however looks accurate but the site reports are not showing certain changes in obsf and snowflakes. This may just be because of the phision backened proxy when bridges are needed

https://explorer.ooni.org/m/20230802140823.090005_CN_webconnectivity_bcd914f9732ebeac During this test, signal.org was resolved to 199.96.62.41 (Twitter Inc.) and 2a03:2880:f131:83:face:b00c:0:25de (Facebook Inc.) . signal.org actually used Amazon CloudFront.

I ran a circumvention probe because I could see what may have been blocking my tor proxy the probe showed tor as working but I was unable to use tor at the time. Both snowflake and using bridges was not working.
