We know that torsf has issues (see https://github.com/ooni/probe/issues/2406) but, beyond those currently unsolved issues, we also know that during the 3.18 cycle it started timing out all the time (https://github.com/ooni/probe/issues/2529 and https://github.com/ooni/probe/issues/2540). So, now that we're releasing new apps using engine==3.19, we should double check whether at least these two extra issues (which should be solved in 3.19) have been fixed on mobile.
