Describe the bug

OONI Probe Mobile (iOS) deletes all test results once the language of the app is changes, and the app is restarted

To Reproduce

1. Run some tests
2. Change the language of your application through 'Advanced' settings
3. Restart yourapplication
4. Check the results screen

Expected behavior

The test results from the previous tests are visible in the new language.

I have been unable to reproduce this issue with the steps above even after trying on multiple devices across the last 3 versions of the application.
