This was noticed during https://github.com/ooni/probe-cli/pull/1423. It's easier to explain OONI Probe and miniooni side by side if they use a similar naming scheme in their home directory for equal directories. We're going to use OONI Probe's convention because we have many many many more OONI Probe installations. Also kvstore is more a programmer oriented naming while engine seems more clear in terms of what the directory contains.
