The name of the page disappears from the header on iOS

Describe the bug

While switching between menus, the name of the page disappears from the blue header at the top of the page.

To Reproduce

1. Open OONI Probe mobile settings
2. Click 'Test options' (the header says 'Test options')
3. Click 'Websites' (the header says 'Websites')
4. Click 'Website categories to test' (the header says 'Website categories to test')
5. Click arrow on the top left of the screen to go back to the 'Websites' page (the header is empty)
6. Click arrow on the top left of the screen to go back to the 'Test options' page (the header is empty)

Expected behavior

1. Open OONI Probe mobile settings
2. Click 'Test options' (the header says 'Test options')
3. Click 'Websites' (the header says 'Websites')
4. Click 'Website categories to test' (the header says 'Website categories to test')
5. Click arrow on the top left of the screen to go back to the 'Websites' page (the header says 'Websites')
6. Click arrow on the top left of the screen to go back to the 'Test options' page (the header says 'Test options')
