oohelperd: deploy two more test helpers #2672

I see this as a stop gap measurement. We should also think to a better solution but we should also try to do a pincer movement where the easy solution converges immediately and the smart solution has time to be thought through.

I am a bit swamped in February with coding and traveling, so I think this is more easily done when I am back home.

We're sending this issue to the trash can since the backend deployment model has changed. We've lost some observability in the process and we're trying to get observability again. In any case, now deploying more backend components is more a matter of scaling than a matter of deploying new boxes, so this issue is not relevant anymore.
