iOS app crashing after trying to upload tests

Describe the bug

This bug was initially reported to me via one of our partners. I have attached a screen recording from them

To Reproduce

• This seems to be specific to iOS
• Try uploading any test that was not automatically uploaded
• Upon tapping upload, the app crashes

Expected behavior

• The app should not crash, tests should be uploaded

This is reproducible on ooni probe version 3.8.7 Iphone 12 pro max iOS version 17.4.1
