probeservices: httpx -> httpclientx #2723

This issue is about replacing ./internal/httpx with ./internal/httpclientx in the ./internal/probeservices package. Once that is done, we can remove the httpx since there are no other know users of this package.

This issue is a child of https://github.com/ooni/probe/issues/2700.

Replaced and removed httpx to complete the job.
