Add support for Run v2 links to iOS #182

We are going to focus first on shipping Run v2 on Android, but we do not want v2 links to completely break on iOS.

Ideally, if an iOS user hits a Run v2 link they can still run the tests, just not without the additional run v2 functionality/interfaces. We will need to do browser detection to check if someone is on iOS.

@majakomel I am not sure how to test this. I just tried it out, just to see if it works currently - but it does not. The run v2 link just opens my web browser and asks me to install ooni probe. Not sure if there is something we need to do in production for this to work.

Confirming that tapping the 'run in app' button launches the ooni probe app and the links/tests are run
