Slides are `/` anchored #3

Slides can't be trivially moved from https://slides.ooni.io/2018/xxxx URL to something like https://ooni.torproject.org/slides/2018/xxxx because some paths to images are referenced with root-anchored url instead of relative URL. E.g. that can be seen for BlockedDomainsInIran.svg, but that does not affect Flag_of_Iran.svg.

Yeah, that's why we should have slides hosted on slides.ooni.io and not ooni.tpo/path.

I'd say, that's why we are forced to have slides hosted on slides.ooni.io :-)
