Store DNS zone in the repo #97

Alternative to self-hosted DNS #54 is usage of namecheap API to manage DNS zones we have: namecheap.domains.dns.getHosts and namecheap.domains.dns.setHosts.

We’re sorry, you have not met the criteria to qualify for API access. To qualify, you must have: Account balance of $50+, 20+ domains in your account, or purchases totaling $50+ within the last 2 years.

I'm unsure if greenhost has API to Managed DNS available as a part of eclips.is platform.

If we want to do this I can top up the openobservatory account with 50 USD so we can use it.

My personal account does reach this threshold, but since I have other domains in there as well I would rather not share access of that.

That's fixed in #105 Pouring 50$ into account was not enough, pinging NameCheap support was required to enable API access.
