Error sending Test Notification #4

Describe the bug I press the SEND TEST NOTIFICATION button, but I receive the error, see attachment. I filled in all webhook url, which seems to be the only required field...

Expected behavior The test notification should send.. but it isn't. New to Emby, considering switching from Plex to it :). Most likely an error on my end... ):

UPDATE --> notifications appear to work, so I guess the test notification is just bugging out for some unknown reason.

EDIT --> It doesn't appear to be sending a message when new content is added to the server... I have a feeling its Emby acting up on my end, seems to crash anytime I add a new Library ):
