Cannot unzip Intel ME System Tools v12 #2

I download the "Intel CSME System Tools v12 r22 [FPT_LINUX_SUPPORTED].7z" file, but when trying to unzip it (I've tried with different programs) I always get the following message:

Cannot open the file as [7z] archive Is not archive

What should I do?

Sorry, I guess I made some mistake, now I tried and it works!
