feat req: show password on update, field tooltip text

• Passes current value to the field if it exists
• Switches tooltip text Show/Hide to be display correctly depending on state closes #19 closes #20

just need to make sure it doesnt overwrite the current password whens saving if nothings changed. Or something weird like double hashing happens

• needs prod files to be generated.
