gocv - 编译 opencv 后运行 gocv 报错

• 原因
  • 直接运行编译好的 opencv 的 bin 目录下 opencv_version 会提示缺少 libgcc_s_seh-1.dll 等库文件，搜索系统文件会发现这些库文件都在 mingw 的 bin 中，实际上是官方教程在这一步时没有把 mingw 的 bin 加入到系统 path 中，所以加进去就好了。
