no clue how to apply this to the sendgrid you told me, i think it has to be saved as a template id? in sendgrid? that's what i think i understood by researching it a bit. I will leave the rest to you @oorestisime so i don't fuck it up and if you can explain it to me so i can do any future ones thanks.

Invited you to sendgrid. You can use the design library to build your template and then figure the rest out!

@artemis-toumazi need to do some more research and might need to remake the template, it is not behaving like expected

TL;DR: i will need some time on this since i haven't done it before and i need to understand how everything works
