Run npm install as per the Meteor doc #53

I left some console log which helped me to resolve this. Feel free to remove them

@paralin any chance you choice take a look at this? This should fix 0.9 builds.

Apologies for not monitoring this repository, I somewhat forgot that I was managing it.

Can anyone verify this works?
