More specifically set the version of ddp client to allow us to make a breaking change for version 0.5.0.

@tmeasday I have a 0.5.0 update of node-ddp-client ready to push, but I haven't been able to get the meteorite tests to run to check. The ddp client is mostly backward compatible but there are some edge cases that aren't.

If you could publish a new version of meteorite, it'll ensure I don't break new installs :)
