Specify distribution license #37

Can you please add a license, so that we know what the terms of distribution are?

This has been hanging here for a week with no objections, so I just added the MIT license and bumped all of the tags for a v0.5.2 push to npm in https://github.com/oortcloud/node-ddp-client/commit/f2be6e381a1c9ebaddc1ba77d74fc8ff3b94d05b

I'm not on the npm maintainers list for this, so someone else will need to publish it.
