Hey Tom, thanks for putting this FAQ together! I'm new to meteor and I've been reading through the meteor-talk archives. Here are some FAQs I've seen there and asked myself:

What are the best practices for form handling? http://forms.meteor.com/ ?
How should file uploads be done? Use FilePicker? Some mailing list posts suggested uploads are not trivial, and Formidable or knox were options.
How can I hook to an existing, running, MongoDB instance?
What are some security best practices? (this tutorial seems a bit outdated) (btw, many folks seemed to think that isServer() prevented code form being sent to the client)
