Flashlight illuminates the whole screen #150

Flashlight should not illuminate the whole screen. There should be a directed cone of light. Player should pay a perk point for the Night Vision if she wants to illuminate the whole screen.

Thanks for your input! Unfortunately I'm already behind with merging the great patches of other people so it's quite unlikely I find the time to implement that feature in the near future :-(

Leaving the issue open as backlog nevertheless :-)
