Periodically remind authors if comments aren't answered #155

I've seen some cases where a reviewer makes a comment but that suggestion isn't answered/implemented. It could be that the author just missed the comment or forgot about it.

Maybe we could add a weekly email digest to all users. The email would have a list of comments that they haven't replied to yet. An alternate approach is to have a weekly digest to users with all non-approved commits that are more than a week old. This would also encourage teams to code-review regularly.

I believe that Jack @veenstra's "actionable items" changes will help out quite a bit here.
