Dot not send email to commenter #387

Can you please update the send email feature so that it does not email the person who wrote the comment ? I have no interest in re-reading something I wrote, and it would reduce consequently barkeep's noise in my email traffic.

Agreed, although this can make the resulting email thread a little less coherent. Let's add an option to turn off emails-from-self and make it the default.
