Is there any way to change the nav button text colors ?

There's a few options...

Init/present the OpalImagePickerController manually and create delegate. If you have the controller, it's a UINavigationController so you can set the colors like you do normally.
Use a UIAppearance and filter to OpalImagePickerController to set the colors. Should require less changes.
