Sync all the active packages with the upstream latest packages

The toolchain and sdk stages have been updated. The opensrc-list for all stages has been updated as of 2/12/2016. The remaining work on this issues requires the bld-core.sh script to be updated.

bld-core has been updated in the past few days - this task is now completed with the latest git pull
