[Bug] the Homebrew path is different for Apple Silicon compared to Intel #9

On an Apple Silicon Mac, the brew path is /opt/homebrew/bin/brew.

Therefore the path checked by the Mac playbook - /usr/local/bin/brew - is only valid for Intel Macs.
