Test opcap with Hypershift clusters #321

Quite a few timeouts experienced when running under Hypershift leading to further investigation of deleting resources so namespaces are not hanging during deletion.

We do not foresee any challenges related specifically to opcap running under a cluster provided by Hypershift. Test runs of opcap in this scenario have succeeded.
