The GMC e2e has two flows separately for xeon and guadi, which is introduced by #132
this PR adopt that change,
step 1, rename all the yamls to _xeon.yaml and create .gaudi.yaml
step 2, once #132 is merged, modify the gmc_gaudi_test.sh to run guadi e2e tests
