Remove GenAI pipeline yaml files from OneClick #38

Such as chaqna-xeon-backend-server.yaml. These will be auto generated by the microservice-connector tool, which will be versioned based on the pipeline specification language version.

Hi @mkbhanda , as we discussed, we plan to have a pre-built K8s config file for May milestone, since it would give the simple UX if users just want to deploy the chatqna with native K8s. While we agreed to provide an advanced option to enable microservice-connector tool, let's together plan in June milestone.
