Description

ChatQnA demo yaml files integration between GMC and Oneclick:

Make sure ChatQnA microservices can be deployed successfully in K8s cluster by using Oneclick yaml files
Refactor the GMC yaml files folders, removing template, creating gmcmanager and gmcrouter
