Mark Minecraft 1.19.4 as supported
Add support for chest boats
Remove javadoc from Jitpack. It will be added to the future GitHub page.

Loom 1.1 seems to be broken on multi-projects, so reverting :upside_down_face: Another reason why I hate java and probably most build systems. If I created a brand-new project, and copied everything over, it may work (but again, this is java, so no guarantee).
