Container minecarts #9

I haven't seen OptiFine supporting this, and neither does OptiGUI support chest and hopper minecarts. I'm planning to add a container=minecart with variants, unless a better idea is suggested.

Added in #21. Format: Add _minecart=true|false to the properties file (implies container=chest|hopper).
