Changes to update SDV environment and integrate with GAN environment #17

Previously the GAN environment (based on tensorflow) and SDV environments had to be kept separate due to conflicts. This PR offers an integrated environment which solves the previous environment's conflicts. The SDV package has been updated and some update features allow improvements to some of the synthetic data models. Resolves issue #15.
