its been a while since this was merged so apologies
contains new functions which automate the creation of BBNs and making inferences and plots from their results
some of the example scripts won't make sense as they use large data sets on my local computer, I'm working on creating smaller data sets which can be made available on teams
also includes the output visualisation app

Sorry I haven't had the chance to take a look at this so far. Is there a specific set of files you want me to look over as a priority? Or a specific mlapp?

Hey @ConnectedSystems, I think I might actually close this because I've since started working on some things in this branch (experiments with BBNs etc). What I might do instead is merge main into this branch so it's up to date and then continue with what I'm working on.

Suggest merging 40corals instead as that has all the most recent stuff. Unless you expect that will cause a lot of conflicts to come up, in which case proceed with main and I'll help when 40corals gets merged into main

It could cause conflicts because I added some code that does runs of the original ADRIA to compare MCDA algorithm performance, so I'd have to change that to the 40corals version... but I'll have to do that at some point anyway, so I'll try merging with 40corals first
