Business case (OPS - MDS-01) deliverables

• [x] 1. System ready to run intervention simulations for multiple scenarios and multiple interventions and settings for new reef clusters - specifically the Hastings Reef cluster (@ConnectedSystems)
• [x] 2. NOW OBSOLETE: ~Site pre-filtration and definition operational and aligned with IPMF approach~ (@BarbaraRobson and @veroniquelago)
• [x] 3. ~NEAR COMPLETE. Applying translation functions for three ecosystem services: (1) tourism, (2) fishing and (3) existence (done for ReefMod, ~more than 50%~ done for ADRIA. @ryanheneghan, are you able to produce fisheries (RFI) and tourism (RTI) for ADRIA? @KRNA01 code needs streamlining with that intended by @ConnectedSystems) such that these metrics apply (flexibly) to more than single scenarios.
• [ ] 4. Capability to present results as BBNs for intervention deployment (@Rosejoycrocker)
• [ ] 5. Capability to present results as BBNs for (1) R&D prioritisation and (2) effects of different R&D assumptions / intervention maturity (@Rosejoycrocker and @KRNA01)
• [ ] 6. Exploration and identification of optimal options for intervention deployment (considering trade-offs if possible). (All, with sensitivity analyses led by @ConnectedSystems and trade-offs by @Rosejoycrocker)

R&D (MDS-03) deliverables

• [x] 1. Sensitivity analysis (SA) to identify uncertainty drivers for R&D and deployment (integrate with VoI analyses where possible) (SA led by @ConnectedSystems , VoI and uncertainty by @ryanheneghan and @MikeBode).
• [x] 2. Guided investment reprioritisation. Develop ADRIA capability that can inform which R&D investments in 2022 can lead to most effective R&D products in 2025. (@KRNA01 and @Rosejoycrocker with help from All). UPDATE: THIS IS NOW LIKELY TO SHIFT TO LOWER PRIORITY IN FAVOUR OF THE FEB BUSINESS CASE.
• [x] 3. Uncertainty integration within ADRIA across as much of the information supply chain as possible (@ConnectedSystems, @ryanheneghan and @MikeBode)

Just flagging that we may run into issues with how baseCoralNumbersFromCoversAllTaxa(), coralSpec(), and the ai.init_coral_cover are currently set up when moving to Hastings.

We'll need to sit down and hash out a more generic approach to initialising base coral covers.

I think we have ticked everything off bar BBNs and trade-offs. These are bigger and potentially long-lived issues. @Rosejoycrocker, do you want to start a separate issue for those. If so, please close this to-do list
