Mercury authorization - As a Security Officer I need the ability to govern access to SD API interfaces and Events. #12

Feature Request

API and Event management services should govern access to SD API interfaces and Events. A minimal level of security has to be guaranteed and managed eg. access to API via valid APIKeys

yes, we are now evaluating 3Scale for this task
