As A developer I expect that for any call input schema will be validated.
Description of Problem:
The current solution uses Kamelet to route, however, the payload is not validated
Potential Solutions:
use apicurio as the schema registry, every call will be validated using this registry https://www.apicur.io/registry/
use validation in the Kamelt either by a Kamelt feature or external util
