New release for ymlr v5 support?

Hello,

At time of writing the latest release is v3.18.2.

master includes this fix to ensure ymlr latest version (5 something) can be used in an app:

But the build is currently broken:

@zorbash can we help in any way to fix the build and/or make a new release if you agree with it?

This will allow us to bump up ymlr.

https://github.com/open-api-spex/open_api_spex/pull/602 should take care of this. Then I'll release a new version.
